北京脑科学与类脑研究中心（以下简称北京脑中心）由北京市政府与中国科学院、北京大学、清华大学等国内顶尖研究所/高校联合共建，重点围绕脑认知基本原理解析、认知障碍相关重大疾病、类脑与脑机接口、共性技术平台和资源库建设方面开展研究。

Yamanaka实验室简介

Yamanaka实验室的研究旨在阐明下丘脑神经回路的工作原理，这些神经回路调节本能行为，如进食和饮水行为、性行为和睡眠/觉醒。在这些本能行为中，我们的研究重点是参与睡眠/觉醒调节的神经回路。为此，我们使用小鼠作为动物模型，应用分子生物学、电生理学和行为药理学实验技术，处理分子、细胞和个体。

招聘岗位及要求

实验室技术员

参与课题研究，同时为实验室的课题研究提供技术支撑，工作任务包括试剂和样品制备、基因分型和小鼠群的管理，以及实践性的实验工作。

应聘要求：

1. 优秀的中英文书面和口头交流能力（英文为工作语言）； 2. 具有使用微软办公软件的基本计算机技能； 3. 较强的人际交往能力，能够与实验室成员和谐共处。

优先考虑：

1. 有在学术机构或工业界担任研究员、研究助理或实验室技术员的工作经验； 2. 有使用模型动物（小鼠、大鼠）、免疫组化分析、基因分型、细胞培养、分子生物学实验、腺相关病毒载体生产、病毒载体注射等研究经验； 3. 具有学士、硕士、博士学位，或有同等经验和培训经历。

POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Lab Technician

We are seeking one lab technician that supports our research activities in a variety of tasks, including reagent and sample preparation, genotyping and management of mouse colonies, as well as hands-on experimental work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English (English is the primary language used at CIBR);

Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office;

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with lab members.

Preferred:

Prior experience working as a researcher, research assistant or lab technician at an academic institution or industry;

Previous experience in research using model animals (mouse, rat), immunohistochemical analysis, genotyping, cell culture, molecular biological experiments, adeno-associated virus vector production, virus vector injection, etc.;

BA/BS, MS, PhD or equivalent experience and training.
